Ordering

Once you have chosen the design that you require, simply choose the size and colour from the drop down boxes (where available).

Next fill in the personalisation you require and click 'Save' then 'Add to Cart'. The amount of personalisation (e.g. add a message etc.) depends on the product, please see each individual product page for exact requirements.

When you have finished shopping please proceed to the 'Checkout'. Create an account and choose your delivery method.

You will then be taken to Paypal where you can fill in your contact and payment details or sign into your paypal account to finalise payment. You may also add an extra message if needed, for example if your order is a 'rush order' (see below).

Delivery

Once your order is confirmed I will email you within 2 working days with a proof of the final design. You will then need to email me back to confirm the design before I create it.

Once you have confirmed the proof I aim to get your order to you within 7-14 working days. As the chocolate is not made by myself I only hold limited stock so if you have a very large order please contact me first.

Please note: Due to the personalisation of the order once items have been confirmed we offer no refunds. If you are not happy with the proof product we will make amendments or cancel your order but once the product is made it is non-refundable.

Rush Orders - If you need your order earlier than 7 working days please contact me before ordering and, dependant on the size of the order, I will confirm whether I will be able to meet your needs and the quickest possible time I will be able to do it in. For orders made and posted within 2 working days a £5 charge will be added to the order.

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post.
